I bought this for my late 2008 MacBook 13" since it was about half the price of the Apple upgrade and it has performed beyond expectation. I thought It would be a similar performer compared to the included standard 160GB drive considering the pausing reported by others. Instead it completely transformed the performance of my 2.0GHz MacBook.
